Gordon Development LLC is our licensed home improvement affiliate. We finish basements, design and build custom mudrooms, install office built-ins, set up home theater and automation systems, build outdoor kitchens and pool houses, install fences, and enclose porches — the kind of work that completes a home after the frame is up.
Roofing is a full-service offering: removal, repair, or replacement across every material — asphalt, cedar, slate, synthetic slate, metal, and copper. We also repair and install copper gutters with a leaf guard system, and replace rotted wood trim and siding with PVC trim boards or cement, vinyl, or cedar siding.
As an authorized Generac dealer, we handle complete generator installs — permits, hookup, and commissioning. Planning a pool? We custom-design the layout and build the pool house and outdoor kitchen alongside it. Fencing is available in vinyl, aluminum, and cedar.
